High helix lead screw

The high-helix lead screw is part of our lead screw range, which is specifically designed for fast and efficient applications. Thread diameters from 5 to 20mm and pitches from 5 to 100mm are available in our online shop. The standard material for the dryspin high helix lead screw is AISI 304 stainless steel; the lead screw is also available in aluminium. The stainless steel ensures 100% corrosion resistance and reduced wear. The dryspin high helix lead screw is typically rolled, which guarantees good surface quality and cost-effective manufacturing. Our lubrication-free lead screw nut made of tribologically optimised plastic is a perfect match for the lead screws. The high helix lead screw is available with right-hand, left-hand and reverse threads.

As an alternative for applications with a lower pitch or special requirements regarding self-locking and efficiency, we also offer low-pitch and trapezoidal lead screws.
