HSQ | Rotary stroke unit with stranded wire or encoder motorsThe drylin rotary lift unit is based on a rack and pinion drive with a coated aluminium square profile and a low friction element with integrated teeth to hold the toothed belt. The mounting of the two directions of movement is done with bearing elements made of iglidur high-performance polymers and is completely lubrication-free and maintenance-free. The combination of plastic and aluminium ensures an extremely easy assembly and can be configured ready to install with a drylin E stepper motor.
- Toothed, hard-anodised and corrosion-resistant square hollow section
- Modular design
- Drive: NEMA11 and NEMA17 stranded wire or encoder motors
- Product is supplied without pipetting head
Application examplesTypical applications of our telescopic actuator. Textile industry, actuators, windows, rehabilitation technology, lane adjustments, inspection technology, medicine and pharmaceutical technology
Each axis can be separately operated with one control system. For example, with the igus D1 dryve motor control system. With this control architecture, for each you need one motor control and an additional master control system per linear axis, which controls the coordination of the movement. The motor control systems are not part of the product and can be ordered from us as an option. igus currently does not offer a master control system.
If you are not sure whether it fits your application, feel free to contact us for a demo. Further strokes and other special solutions are possible upon request.
