iglidur® slewing ring, PRT-05, larger size made of solid plastic

The iglidur® PRT-05 slewing ring made of solid plastic is a slewing ring bearing for larger applications in a lightweight design. The new installation size with an inner diameter of 94mm allows for use with higher load requirements.

The PRT-05-94-PC model consists of a solid plastic construction with a reduced component structure. The design comprises two components and is designed for easy integration.

The static axial load capacity tested in the igus® laboratory is 20,000N. The material contains at least 75% regranulate. Operation is lubrication-free, which means no additional maintenance is required due to lubrication.

The iglidur® PRT-05 slewing ring bearing is suitable for applications in mechanical engineering and automation where a lightweight and low-maintenance slewing ring bearing is required.
