iglidur® RLVMO rollers combine innovative material technology with optimum rolling properties and are the ideal solution for applications where quiet running, damping and reliable grip are crucial. Thanks to their intelligent two-component design, they offer minimal wear on the inside and maximum grip on the outside.
Inside, a high-quality, low-wear plain bearing material with a particularly low coefficient of friction ensures quiet, smooth and completely lubrication-free running. This reduces maintenance requirements whilst increasing operational reliability. On the outer diameter, a robust rubber coating ensures a secure grip and reliably prevents slippage – even in dynamic applications.
RLVMO rollers are ideal for applications where a vibration-damping and noise-reducing running surface is required, for example in conveyor technology, mechanical engineering or automated systems. In service life tests (0.5 MPa, 0.6 m/s with a V2A shaft), the inner diameter exhibits up to 16 times higher wear resistance compared to standard POM.
Thanks to their maintenance-free design, the rollers require no additional lubrication whatsoever, thereby contributing to clean and efficient operation. They are available directly from stock in six different sizes with outer diameters ranging from 12 to 45 mm.
