The compact igubal 4-hole flange bearings and bearing inserts offer an innovative mounting method that leads to a reduction in downtime. Their compact design with a bore spacing of 82.75 mm meets the current standards in the beverage and packaging industry. Replacing one-piece bearings after wear can involve considerable conversion work, depending on accessibility. With our split solutions from the igubal series, this effort is no longer necessary. The bearings can be mounted and dismounted directly on the shaft without having to remove other machine parts.
The igubal 4-hole flange bearings with bearing insert are a reliable and flexible solution for many industrial applications and impress with their robust design and excellent performance characteristics.
The housing is made of the impact-resistant polymer igumid G, which covers temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand temperatures of up to +180°C for short periods. The bearing insert with integrated solid lubricants enables maintenance-free dry running, which permanently replaces external lubrication and therefore offers ecological and economic benefits.
