Digital Marketer

  • Responsible for increasing the online traffic, web shop revenue, and web leads for a product line.
  • Research, understand, and interpret the needs of buyer personas for a product line in a variety of industries.
  • Deeply understand key industries and how your product line brings specific benefits to each.
  • Align web pages to the needs of the buying personas to convert traffic into online customers.
  • Increase traffic to web pages by executing email and social media campaigns while assisting with advertising campaigns.
  • Systematically survey web visitors and online shoppers to gather actionable feedback.
  • Regularly report on traffic, revenue, and lead performance to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Curate all assets on YouTube channel for igus® product.
  • Create posts about igus® product line on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
  • As this position develops, the employee maybe assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the management.
  • The Digital Marketer works closely with the internal marketing team to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
  • The role’s goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add to the highest value to its business.
  • Diploma in either Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or relevant field. New graduates are welcome.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • A team-player with a customer oriented approach, contribute and work together with the rest of the team to meet the company’s goal & growth objectives.
