The igus twisterchain product range includes the guide trough, which provides several benefits in use:

• Guidance of the chain
• Reduction in wear to the chain
• Smooth operation
• Angle of rotation of up to 400°

The modular design of the guide trough makes it possible to connect a large number of e-chains®, circle and bend radii by using the same trough sections. If the e-chain® radius changes, the trough can simply be adapted without purchasing a completely new trough. The production of a completely new trough is not necessary. The table below will assist you in selecting the right guide trough system. The specified part number includes the complete trough system.

The guide trough must be mounted at the fixed end of the twisterchain using the drilling template shown. The following screw connections are allowed:

• Through hole: 4 • Ø 6.6 - 7 mm
• Fastening with screws only: 4 • M6 screws
