Test setup: CFBUS.LB bus cable

This test assessed the expected service life of the CFBUS.LB.049 in an e-chain with a 55mm radius. 

The bus cable shown is often used in applications where fast handling is required. Short cycle times and handling system flexibility are very important here. This means maximum stress for the cables. The food industry is an example. Fast handling robots must combine to deliver maximum precision, very short cycle times, low weight, and more.

The test showed that the CFBUS.LB.049 bus cable's expected service life is more than 24 million strokes, so we achieve long service life even with small radii.
